Photography Trek
Today I decided to take a much-needed drive around the Berkshires for my first official Photography Trek. The weather was cold but did, in fact, warm up a little by mid-morning. I visited locations in Stockbridge, Washington, Housatonic, Richmond, and Dalton. Photography to me has always been a great way to express my creativeness and also to be an excellent way to eliminate stress. There are a tremendous amount of locations to find in any surrounding area. The issue I have always had was finding places to pull over and to make sure I wasn't crossing on posted land. I admit that I would get frustrated driving around with some days not being able to capture anything. My advice to you would be to relax and be patient, you will find some great locations. Today I had the entire day off and nothing to do. My wife decided to come with me, which was nice since we rarely had time to spend together due to our busy family. We spent many hours together looking around for spots to photograph. On the way home, we picked up the kids and finished our trek at Wahconah Falls State Park, which was terrific, especially since it rained the night before. I hope you enjoy some of the photos I took from this day. I will be adding content to my website with reviews and blogs from local community events around my area and more Photography Treks! Hope you enjoy the gallery below.
